Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You can return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@bondilabel.com.

  • Return conditions: Returns must include the order number. For damaged or incorrectly delivered items, include a photo or video showing the issue.

  • Packaging: Must be undamaged and in its original condition.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom-made items, underwear, or personal care products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

If your return meets these conditions, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In case of returns, the customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs to our warehouse in China. For secure returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking. 

The Distance Contract Act does not give the customer the right to request a refund of costs for transportation & transaction costs or other services performed.

Returns are always at the risk of the sender and the return costs will not be refunded.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  2. Contact your bank for further information.
  3. If you still haven't received your refund, email us at info@bondilabel.com.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@bondilabel.com.

Incorrect Item or Size

If you receive the wrong item or size, we will cover all costs to send you the correct product as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of orders

It is only possible to cancel your order as long as it haven't been processed and shipped. Once it has been gone to long in the process or been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@bondilabel.com after you have placed your order.

Missing Order

If your order is missing in transit, we'll promptly work to:  locate it for a speedy delivery. If we cannot locate it:

  • We'll dispatch a replacement.
If the items are out of stock, you can choose to either:
  • Request alternative items of similar value
  • Cancel your order for a full refund

Gifts

For gifts marked as such during purchase, returns will result in a gift credit. Once your return is received, a gift card will be sent to you. If the gift was not marked at purchase, we will refund the original purchaser.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is unclaimed, you will be responsible for handling fees, including return shipping and processing costs (30 AUD). Please collect your package before initiating a return, as unclaimed packages are not exempt from the right of withdrawal.
